Additionally, she expresses excitement about working on the land use process for the Eeyou marine region, recognizing the challenges but also the potential for impactful contributions.

Joyce also fondly recalls her university project on road safety measures for York Region. She appreciated the intricate processes involved in developing effective safety plans, gaining valuable insights into the complexities of urban planning and public safety.

Currently in the early phase of her career, Joyce is optimistic and enthusiastic about future projects and learning opportunities. She is eager to apply her growing knowledge and skills to make meaningful contributions to the field of urban planning, embracing every chance to learn and grow.
